Products and prices
Prices are listed in USD. Ear cuffs are sold individually unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. Please review each listing for its material, color, dimensions and care instructions. Images and screen settings may affect perceived color. Fit varies by ear shape.
Payment authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the displayed total using a payment method you are entitled to use. Payment is subject to authorization and processing by the applicable provider.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting a purchase request does not itself establish that an order has been accepted. Acceptance is communicated through an order confirmation when the order is accepted. Payment authorization alone is not order acceptance. Contact us with questions about an order or payment.
Fulfillment and shipping
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Our order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), throughout the year. It does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 10 calendar days after approval. Contact us to request cancellation before dispatch; availability depends on processing status. No direct exchanges are offered.
